Please read following information BEFORE completing the online DNA Kit application :

• Payment of $70 fee must be made in the online store.

• On receipt of application and payment of fee, a DNA Kit will be forwarded to the owner.

• DNA hair sample must be returned to the ASPR Federal Office, PO Box 305, Eaglehawk, Vic 3556

• Name of pony/horse and name of sire and dam MUST include Imp (Imported); iu/iid (imported in utero/imported in dam) if applicable.

• Application is for DNA test only.

• Instructions for collecting hair sample for DNA Test will be forwarded with the DNA Kit.
